CANCELLATION POLICY
💕 Appointment Cancellation Policy Hey love! I totally understand that life happens — things come up and plans can change. All I ask is that you keep me in the loop so I can make sure everyone has the best experience possible. ✨ Cancellations & Reschedules If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show If you don’t show up or reach out, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. After two no-shows, I’ll require full prepayment to book future appointments. 💳 Deposits Some appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. This goes toward your service total and can be transferred once if proper notice (24 hours) is given. 🕒 Running Late! I am a very understanding stylist, please call me if you are running behind. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without proper communication, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could count as a same-day cancellation. 💖 A Note from Me I truly appreciate every guest who chooses me .
